Condition Details / Information Notes
The proposed amendments to the approved scheme, comprising the change of the roof profile of the approved upper floor from a hipped roof profile to a gable roof design would constitute a material change to the extant planning permission (reference 23/00598/FUL) by virtue of the increased bulk, massing, scale and the stark design, which would be at odds with the neighbouring No.1 Chestnut Walk to the south. The proposal would, therefore, not fall within the provisions of Section 96A(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) as amended and planning permission is required. However, it is unlikely that such amendments would be supported for the reason set out above.
