This consent expires at the end of a period of 5 years from the date of this notice. The advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be removed no later than 5 years from the date of this consent. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The lighting for the illuminated advertisement hereby approved shall be turned off when the petrol station is closed to the public. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission 230311 ADV1, ADV2, ADV3 Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme
