| Having considered all relevant matters, including the requirements of legislation in s96A, and previously approved non-material amendments, the proposed change is considered to be non-material to the planning permission when considered individually and cumulatively and would not affect the scope of the planning permission, the associated conditions. For the avoidance of doubt and having regard to previous approved non-material minor amendments ref: 24/00517/NMA, condition 15 of planning permission 23/00776/FUL only is updated. For the avoidance of doubt Condition 15 now reads: The surface water drainage scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details: - 23-001-I&L Consulting Ltd: Submission to amend drainage condition 15 (3), dated 12 September 2024 and implemented in full prior to the first use of the development and thereafter maintained in accordance with the agreed scheme. Reason: To ensure that the development is properly drained, avoiding flood risk and pollution in accordance with Policies SWDP 28, 29 & 31 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| This approval is for a non-material amendment to the original planning permission and except where any conditions are detailed on this notice it does not vary the original planning permission in any other way. |
