| Within 3 months of the date of this decision, details of secure parking for cycles to comply with the Council’s standards shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The cycle parking shall be provided within 3 months of the details being approved and these facilities shall thereafter be retained for the parking of cycles only. Reason: To comply with the Council’s parking standards. |
| Within 3 months of the date of this decision, details of refuse storage facilities to serve the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved refuse storage facilities shall be provided within 3 months of the details being approved and shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To ensure adequate refuse storage facilities are incorporated in the development and/or ensure high quality design in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
