Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission proposed floor plan location and block plan proposed elevations Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme
All new masonry shall be finished externally in materials to match in form, texture and colour those of the existing building. Reason - To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Prior the first use of the extensions hereby permitted 1 no. Swift bird box and 1 no. “Schwegler” type bat box shall be installed on the property or within the boundary of the property. These boxes shall be retained at all times. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan
This Permission does not confer on the Applicant the right to build on or over land owned by a third party without the third party’s consent. This includes no rights to drain onto land outside the application site or remove vegitation or trees. You should therefore seek the prior agreement of your neighbour(s) before entering their land.
