| The building hereby authorised shall be removed and the land restored to its former condition on or before 5 years from the date of this permission. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity in accordance with Policy SWDP 21 Design. |
| Prior to the first use of the development hereby permitted, the details set out in the submitted Flood Risk Assessment (Ref:83641R1) shall be fully implemented and remain thereafter. Reason: To ensure that an appropriate sustainable drainage system is provided to serve the development in accordance with policy SWDP29 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
