Reason: To ensure the compatibility of uses within the locality in accordance with Policy SWDP 8 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |

Reason: In the interests of safeguarding neighbouring amenity in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Prior to the installation of any cooking extraction system, details of the proposed Kitchen Ventilation System shall be submitted and approved in writing by the Local Authority. Thereafter the equipment shall be installed and operate in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that there is no adverse impact on the premises or neighbouring properties in terms of odour, fumes and smells from cooking. |
