| Full details of a noise insulation scheme which provides reasonable resistance to airborne sound between the new dwelling units shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority before its first installation on site. Any such approved scheme shall be fully implemented before any of the new dwelling units are occupied. For the following reason: - To ensure an acceptable noise level for future residents in accordance with policy SWDP 21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
