Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Site Location Plan A1 – HP011124 Elevations A1 – HP021124 Design & Access Statement Biodiversity Net Gain Exemption Summary Report Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
Prior to the occupation of the development hereby permitted, one standard bird box and one standard bat box shall be installed on the east elevation, one under each apex and retained throughout the duration of the development. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
Recladding work should be done outside the bird nesting season, unless an ecologist confirms no nesting birds in or on the building. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the parking per unit shown on Drawing No. HP021124 has been provided and marked out. Thereafter the space shall be kept available for the purpose of parking only, at all times. Reason: To comply with standards and in the interests of highway safety, in accordance with policy SWDP 4 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016).
