| Prior to the occupation of development, details of refuse storage facilities to serve the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved refuse storage facilities shall be implemented prior to the first occupation of the development and retained thereafter. Reason - To ensure adequate refuse storage facilities are incorporated in the development and/or ensure high quality design in accordance with policies SWDP21 and SWDP33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
