The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission (10) 007 Rev P1 Site location plan (00) 013 Rev P1 Proposed elevations (30) 010 Rev P1 Proposed floor plan (80) 014 Rev P1 Proposed site plan Planning Statement Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted shall be as on the approved plans and the applications forms. Reason: To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The development hereby authorised shall be discontinued and the land restored to its former condition on or before three years from the date of this permission. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material considerations, including planning policies and any representations that may have been received and subsequently determining to grant planning permission in accordance with the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as set out within the National Planning Policy Framework.
