Condition Details / Information Notes
Having considered all relevant matters, including the requirements of legislation in s96A, the proposed changes are considered to be non-material to the planning permission when considered individually and cumulatively and would not affect the scope of the planning permission, the associated conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, the approved plans condition, condition 2 of planning permission 23/00567/FUL only is updated. For the avoidance of doubt, Condition 2 now reads: The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission PLAN MAB 1 (amended, dated DEC 24); PLAN MAB 3; Design and Access Statement and Water Management Statement (unnumbered). Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
Within three callendar months of the date of this permission, the header detailing above each of the windows as shown on the approved plan MAB 1 dated DEC 24 shall be applied. The detailing shall thereafter be retianed in situ. Reason - To ensure that the propsoals are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
