Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission GA Plan Ground and Basement (Drawing No: 150. Ref: F) GA Plan First and Second (Drawing No: 151. Rev: F) Planning Statement Appendix 1 Hotel Business Case Proposed Front Elevation (Drawing No: 156) Proposed Rear Elevation (Drawing No: SK23) Block Site Plan (Drawing No: 02) Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme
The apart-hotel hereby approved shall not be occupied by any individual guest, or group of guests, for a period exceeding 31 consecutive days in any one stay. A register of all guests shall be kept and maintained at all times, recording the full name(s) and permanent address(es) of the guest(s), dates of arrival and departure, and the unit(s) occupied. The register shall be kept up to date, retained for a minimum period of three years, and made available for inspection at any time by the Local Planning Authority upon request. Reason: To ensure the development operates as short-term visitor accommodation and does not result in the creation of permanent residential units in accordance with Policy SWDP 21.
Within two calendar months from the date of this permission, the reception area and hoteliers’ store, as shown on the submitted GA Plan Ground and Basement (Drawing No: 150. Ref: F), shall be fully installed. These facilities shall thereafter be retained and maintained for the duration of the use. Reason: To ensure the development functions as short-term visitor accommodation and does not lead to the establishment of permanent residential units, in accordance with Policy SWDP 21.
Guests and staff of the hotel shall be informed of sustainable transport options including the Beryl Bikes scheme.
