Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Location plan Existing and proposed levels Sections Proposed landscaping Materials and finishes Lighting design Existing block plan Proposed block plan Supporting Statement Sketch of tree removal Tree Statement Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
The development hereby permitted shall not be first used until full details of all foul and surface water drainage systems to serve the development have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved drainage works shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details before the first use of the development hereby permitted and shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To ensure development would not result in unacceptable risk of pollution or harm to the environment and to ensure the proposed development does not exacerbate flood risk and deals with surface water run-off from the site in a sustainable manner, in accordance with policies SWDP28, SWDP29 and SWDP 30 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
