| Prior to the commencement of the works to the roof, a method statement shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The statement shall detail the precise schedule and nature of works, including use of materials. The works shall be completed in accordance with the approved method statement Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic environment in accordance with Policy SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
