| The Development hereby approved shall not be brought into beneficial use until a safe, secure and accessible cycle store for a minimum of 2 cycles, as generally shown on plan 2501 D02 A, has been provided in accordance with the County Council's Streetscape Design Guide. Thereafter the cycle parking provision shall be kept available for the parking of cycles only and shall not be used for any other purpose. REASON: In the interests of promoting sustainable travel and providing sufficient on site cycle parking space, in accordance with policies SWDP04 and SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
