Condition Details / Information Notes
The existing and lawful use of the building to be converted is not considered to fall under use Class E (office) and therefore the proposals are not permitted development under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA (commercial, business and service uses to dwellinghouses) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) order 2015 (as amended). The lawful use of the building is considered to be that of a newspaper and book warehouse with ancillary offices (as approved under planning permission 72/0987), and therefore falls under use class B8.
