This consent expires at the end of a period of 5 years from the date of this notice. The advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be removed no later than 5 years from the date of this consent. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The advertsiments hereby permitted shall be displayed in accordance with the following approved plans (excluding any dimentions referenced, with the phyiscal locations being in accordance with viusal positions shown); Location plan Buildings Banner Positions Proposed North Side Proposed South Side Banner Depth 110 Banner Picture Banner Width 108 Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
Prior to the installation of the flagpoles, a Method Statement detailing the means of attachment to the buildings and gull deterrent measures shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The attachment of flagpoles shall be via the mortar joints in the approved positions only. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and/or represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
