The description of development is updated as follows: Conversion of existing building into flats. Additional condition 23 is added worded as follows: 23. The scheme hereby approved shall comprise the conversion of the existing building into 6 flats, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To define the planning permission in the interests of clarity
