| The development hereby approved shall be carried out in full accordance with the details set out in the Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AEL-19232) and Tree Protection Plan (Drawing No. AEL-19232-A-TPP) prepared by Apex Environmental Ltd, including all specified tree protection measures and ground protection within the Root Protection Area of the retained Sycamore tree (T1). These measures shall be implemented in full prior to the commencement of any development (including any groundworks or site clearance) and shall be retained and maintained for the duration of the construction works. Reason: To ensure the protection of the retained Sycamore tree (T1) in the interests of visual amenity and biodiversity, in accordance with Policy SWDP 22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the guidance set out in BS 5837:2012 “Trees in relation to design, demolition and construction – Recommendations”. |
