Proposal Holly - Reduce the height of the tree, located in the rear garden of the property, to a maximum of 50% and reshape. This reason for this amount of reduction is for the following reasons: 1. The crown has grown through and around a number of BT lines that connect to the owner's and neighbouring properties. 2. The tree in question is quite substantial for a small garden and a reasonable reduction would be more aesthetically pleasing for the owner and neighbours. 3. Due to the trees restricted access, any waste must be transited through the living quarters or passed through neighbouring properties for disposal, therefore a reasonable reduction would require less maintenance in the future.
