| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Block and Location Plans: ZL5017/1 Replacement Roof Covering: ZL5017/2 Replacement Of Roof Covering: ZL5017/4 Section Thru Grid Line 2: 2403/11 Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme, in order that the development accords with policies SWDP6, 21 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, and the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024). |
| The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved external materials: Kingspan Spectrum roof panel sheeting, mid-dark grey, Basalt RAL 7012), unless it is in accordance with an alternative material that has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the new materials are appropriate to the host building and are in keeping with the surroundings, and in order that the development accords with policies SWDP6, 21 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan, and the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024). |
| Within 3 months of the substantial completion of the development hereby approved two Schwegler 2F, or equivalent, bat boxes shall be installed on the north gable end of the building, at least 4m above ground level, and shall thereafter be permanently retained and maintained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDP22 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (2024). |
