| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Existing and proposed floor plans. Reason: To define the permission. |
| Notwithstanding the submitted details, the tile vent to be used to serve the ceiling extraction fan shall comprise materials that match the existing roof tiles in colour, texture, material and profile and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the historic environment. In accordance with Policies SWDP 6 and SWDP 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016 as well as the South Worcestershire Design Guide SPD and National Planning Policy Framework 2024. |
