Condition Details / Information Notes
This consent expires at the end of a period of 5 years from the date of this notice. The advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be removed no later than 5 years from the date of this consent. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Location Plan Proposal REV D Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and policies SWDP 6, 21 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan.
The Paperboy hanging sign located on the side elevation of the application site shall be retained on site unless Listed Building Conesnt has been submited and approved by the Local Planning Authority. No works to remove or alter the sign shall take place without such consent.
The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material considerations, including planning policies and any representations that may have been received and subsequently determining to grant planning permission in accordance with the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as set out within the National Planning Policy Framework.
