| The development hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside the following hours of Sunday to Thursday 10am-11pm, Friday and Saturday 10am- midnight. Reason: To ensure the proposal preserves residential amenity. |
| No development shall take place, including any works of demolition, until a Construction Management Plan has been submitted to, and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The Plan shall provide for: a. the parking of vehicles of site operatives and visitors; b. loading and unloading of plant and materials; c. storage of plant and materials used in constructing the development; d. measures to control the emission of dust and dirt during construction; e. a scheme for recycling/disposing of waste resulting from demolition and construction works; f. delivery and construction working hours. | Prior to the first operation of the air conditioning units hereby approved, a noise assessment and a scheme for noise attenuation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The approved attenuation measures shall be installed fully prior to the first use of the equipment hereby approved and shall be retained as approved for the lifetime of the development. Reason: In the interests of protecting neighbouring amenity. |
