Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Design and Access Statement with a Statement of Significance (June 2025) Existing Shower Room, Proposed Shower Room – D10 Revision A Reason: To define the permission and to ensure that the works comply with the requirements of policies SWDP6 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
Notwithstanding the submitted details, all new joinery, including doors, door frames, architraves, surrounds and skirtings, shall be constructed in timber to match the existing historic joinery in terms of material, profile, method of construction and finish/colour. Reason: In the interests of preserving the historic interest of the building, so as to accord with the requirements of policies SWDP6 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework (2024).
