Condition Details / Information Notes
The Council considers there to be insufficient supporting evidence, such as a detailed arboricultural condition report, to demonstrate that the tree poses an unacceptable safety risk and needs to be removed.
The removal of the application Sycamore would result in the loss of a mature tree that contributes to the character and amenity of the wider landscape.
