The applicant’s/developer’s attention is drawn to Schedule 2 Part 1 Class A, A.3 (a) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), which stipulates that the facing materials should be of a similar appearance to those used in the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse.
This decision relates to the submitted amended drawings received 15 August 2025, which require the removal of the lean-to, to the side elevation, before the erection of the proposed extension to which this application relates.
