Signage details 3265.02.3 Projecting sign details 3265.02.4 Proposed Service Yard plan 3265.01.10 Ventilation Apertures-Schedule of works Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and policies SWDP6,21 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Thedevelopment works hereby approved to form, enlarge or infill ventilation apertures in the rear service yard shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the submitted Ventilation Apertures – Schedule of Works received 9 September 2025. The new brickwork for any infill shall match the existing building in terms of size, colour, texture, coursing, bond and pointing. Reason: To safeguard the historic fabric of the listed building and ensure that new works preserve its character and appearance, in accordance with Policies SWDP 6 and SWDP 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and Section 16 of the NPPF. |
