This consent expires at the end of a period of 5 years from the date of this notice. The advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be removed no later than 5 years from the date of this consent. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The lighting for the illuminated advertisement hereby approved shall be turned off when the opticians is closed to the public. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Existing and Proposed combined plan Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and policy SWDP 21 of the South Worcerstershire Development Plan.
In accordance with the submitted details, the brightness of the illuminated sign face shall not exceed the values stipulated in the Institute of Lighting Professionals Guidance 2023 PLG05 The Brightness of Illuminated Advertisements including digital displays. Reason: In the interests of public safety and amenity.
