| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Proposed gates and fence E6908 A101 Rev 2 Reason: To define the permission. |
| The development hereby approved shall not be brought into use until the first 5 metres of the access into the development, measured from the edge of the carriageway, has been surfaced in a bound material. Reason: In the interests of highway safety. |
| The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material considerations, including planning policies and any representations that may have been received and subsequently determining to grant planning permission in accordance with the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as set out within the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| This permission does not authorise the applicant to carry out works within the publicly maintained highway since such works can only be carried out by the County Council’s Approved Contractor, Ringway Infrastructure Service. Applications can be made online via the Worcestershire County Council website. The applicant is solely responsible for all costs associated with construction of the access. |
| The attention of the Applicant is drawn to the need to keep the highway free from any mud or other material emanating from the application site during the construction phase of the development. |
