| The external facing materials to the development hereby permitted shall match those used in the existing dwelling, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the host dwelling, in the interests of safeguarding the historic significance of the listed building in accordance with Policies SWDP 6 and 24 as well as Section 16 (2) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and Section 16 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Prior to the completion of the development hereby permitted, one integral soffit bat box and two integral soffit swift lofts shall be installed on the north and/or east elevation of the dwelling and retained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with Policy SWDP 22. |
