| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this consent: Site location plan Proposed ground floor plan Proposed first floor plan Ground floor photo survey First floor photo survey Electrical Works Schedule Design and Access Statement Heritage Impact Assessment Reason: In accordance with the requirements of National Planning Policy Framework 2024 and SWDP 6 & 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| No external lighting shall be affixed to the listed building unless and until full details of the design, size, style, materials, finish, exact location and method of fixing of the lighting and any associated brackets have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The details shall include measures to ensure that installation minimises intervention into historic fabric and is reversible where practicable. The lighting shall thereafter be installed and retained in strict accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that any external lighting is sympathetic to the historic character and fabric of the Commandery, in accordance with SWDP 6 (Historic Environment) and SWDP 21 (Design). |
