| The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Location Plan Proposed Block Plan 101 P01 Proposed ground floor plan 201 P01 Existing and Proposed Front Elevation Plan 300 P01 Design and Access and Heritage Statement Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and polices SWDP 6, 21 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Prior to the first use of the replacement entrance doors, two swift boxes shall be installed together on the north-facing elevation of the building at eaves level or as close to this position as practicably possible. The swift boxes shall thereafter be retained for the lifetime of the development. Reason: To secure biodiversity enhancement in accordance with paragraph 182 of the NPPF and SWDP 22. |
