Condition Details / Information Notes
The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Site location plan A.001/A Existing site plan E.100/A Proposed site plan P.100/A Proposed plans P.110/A Existing elevations E.210/A Proposed elevations P.210/A Cover letter Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
Prior to the installation of the green roof, a detailed specification of the green roof and maintenance details shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out and maintained in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure a high quality development.
