| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Site/Location Plan Floor Plan and Proposed Elevations Heritage Statement Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and polices SWDP 6, 21 and 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
| Prior to the installation of the mural, full details of the proposed artwork shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include: The final design and visual appearance of the artwork; Materials, colours, and finishes to be used; Details of the fixing method, including the type and location of all fixings and the interface with the existing masonry; The works shall thereafter be carried out in full accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure that the detailed design and installation of the proposed artwork preserves the character, appearance, and special interest of the Grade II-listed bridge, in accordance with Policies SWDP 6 and SWDP 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| The mural and its fixings shall be maintained in good condition for the duration of its display. Should the artwork become damaged, deteriorated, or be removed, the structure beneath shall be made good to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the continued preservation and appearance of the listed building. |
| The Local Planning Authority has acted positively and proactively in determining this application by assessing the proposal against all material considerations, including planning policies and any representations that may have been received and subsequently determining to grant planning permission in accordance with the presumption in favour of sustainable development, as set out within the National Planning Policy Framework. |
