| As a result of the proposed development, it is understood that certain ancillary works, including the replacement of existing internal secondary glazing, will be undertaken within the building. The applicant is advised that separate permits may be required from Worcestershire County Council for any skips, scaffolding, or other temporary obstructions placed within the public highway. Relevant approvals should be obtained prior to the commencement of works. Given the constrained nature of the site and surrounding highway network, site operatives will be expected to park off-site for the duration of the construction period. Deliveries associated with the development are permitted via St Swithin’s Street between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 only. Throughout the construction phase, appropriate measures shall be implemented to ensure pedestrian safety is maintained at all times. |
