Relevant approvals should be obtained prior to the commencement of works. Given the constrained nature of the site and surrounding highway network, site operatives will be expected to park off-site for the duration of the construction period. Deliveries associated with the development are permitted via St Swithin’s Street between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 only. Throughout the construction phase, appropriate measures shall be implemented to ensure pedestrian safety is maintained at all times.
