| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this consent: Site location plan Proposed ground floor plan Proposed first floor plan Proposed security works plan 01 Proposed security works plan 01 Heritage Impact Assessment Reason: In accordance with the requirements of National Planning Policy Framework 2024 and SWDP 6 & 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| Prior to the installation of the artwork hereby permitted, full details of the artwork including design, texture, colour, finish and dimension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out in accordance with the details approved. Reason: In accordance with the requirements of National Planning Policy Framework 2024 and SWDP 6 & 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
