Condition Details / Information Notes
The parking spaces shown on the approved plans or as may otherwise be required by the planning permission hereby granted shall be used solely for domestic purposes including the storage of private motor vehicles, and not for any commercial purposes whatsoever. Reason: To minimise the likelihood of indiscriminate parking in the interests of highway safety.
The access, turning area and parking facilities shown on the approved plans shall be retained and kept available for those purposes at all times. Notwithstanding the approved plans, a garden shed may be erected within the parking space allocated to No. 12B Greathouse Road, provided that a minimum area of 2.4 metres by 4.8 metres is retained at all times within that space for the parking of one private motor vehicle. Reason: To ensure the continued provision of adequate access, turning and parking facilities in the interests of highway safety and in accordance with Policy SWDP 21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan and the National Planning Policy Framework.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) order 2015 (or any other order revoking and reenacting that Order with or without modification), the new dwellings shall not be extended, nor shall any additional windows be inserted into the external elevation fronting Middle Road, nor shall any fence, wall or means of enclosure be erected which restricts access to the designated car parking spaces and forecourt area without the submission and approval of a separate application for planning permission. Reason: The proposed development is on a very restricted plot where any alterations or extensions to the new dwellings is likely to have an adverse effect on the amenties of the occupants of the new dwellings, nearby dwellings and the quality of the street scene
