Having considered all relevant matters, including the requirements of legislation in s96A the proposed changes are considered to be non-material to the planning permission when considered individually and cumulatively and would not affect the scope of the planning permission or the associated conditions. For the avoidance of doubt the approved plans condition, condition 2 of planning permission 23/00370/FUL only is updated. For the avoidance of doubt Condition 2 now reads: The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission: Drawings: C344-101B; C344-102B; C344-107B; C344-112B; C344-116B; P007; P008 Documents: Design and Access Statement (2 June 2023) (Ref. C344-DA Rev C). Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme.
