| This consent expires at the end of a period of 5 years from the date of this notice. The advertisement(s) hereby approved shall be removed no later than 5 years from the date of this consent. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: ATT.01 Rev B Advertising Signs General Arrangement, received 6th February 2026 Reason: To ensure that the development is carried out in accordance with the approved plans. |
| The lighting for the illuminated advertisement hereby approved shall be turned off when the public house is closed to the public. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with Policy SWDP21 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan 2016. |
| The luminance of the illuminated advertisement shall not exceed 200 candelas per square metre (cd/m²) at any time when illuminated, as measured in accordance with the current guidance issued by the Institute of Lighting Professionals for the measurement of illuminated advertisements. Reason: To safeguard visual amenity and the setting and significance of designated and non-designated heritage assets, in accordance with Policies SWDP 6 and SWDP 24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan (2016). |
| Notwithstanding the submitted details, all signs hereby approved shall be finished in a matte paint or a similar non-reflective finish. Gloss or reflective finishes shall not be used on any sign(s) without the prior written approval of the local planning authority. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and to preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area and historic setting of the listed building in accordance with Policies SWDP 6 and 24. |
