| Prior to their first use on site details and samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the proposed extension hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include: a) external and internal joinery details along with details of the proposed door openings. b) details of external and internal doors including information on finish. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved unless otherwise first submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason - To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDPR 09, SWDPR 33 and SWDPR 28 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026 and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
