| The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension hereby permitted shall match in type, colour, texture, size, coursing, jointing and pointing of those used in the existing building. Reason: To protect, conserve and enhance the significance of heritage assets and to ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policies SWDP 6, SWDP21 and SWDP24 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan. |
