| The lighting for the illuminated advertisement hereby approved shall be turned off when the restaurant is closed to the public. Reason: In the interests of amenity and in accordance with policy SWDPR 28 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026. |
| The luminance of the illuminated advertisement shall not exceed 200 candelas per square metre (cd/m²) at any time when illuminated, as measured in accordance with the current guidance issued by the Institute of Lighting Professionals for the measurement of illuminated advertisements. Reason: To safeguard visual amenity and the setting and significance of designated and non-designated heritage assets, in accordance with Policies SWDPR 09 and SWDPR 33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026. |
