| The luminance of the illuminated advertisement shall not exceed 200 candelas per square metre (cd/m²) at any time when illuminated, as measured in accordance with the current guidance issued by the Institute of Lighting Professionals for the measurement of illuminated advertisements. Reason: To safeguard visual amenity and the setting and significance of designated and non-designated heritage assets, in accordance with Policies SWDPR 09 and SWDPR 33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review 2026. |
| Notwithstanding the submitted details, all signs hereby approved shall be finished in a matte paint or a similar non-reflective finish. Gloss or reflective finishes shall not be used on any sign(s) without the prior written approval of the local planning authority. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and to preserve the character and appearance of the conservation area and historic setting of the listed building in accordance with Policies SWDPR 09 and 33. |
