| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Bar Plan, Remedial Methodology Existing and Proposed: Elevation, Layout, Block and Site Plan Ref 10137368-101 Rev A Design & Access Statement dated 14th October 2025 Heritage Statement dated 9th October 2025 Appendix B - Images of repair areas Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme. |
| No works to remove the existing render on the west elevation shall take place until a Method Statement has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The Method Statement shall include: - Details of the careful removal of loose render to avoid damage to underlying historic fabric; - Provision for photographic recording of the susbtrate following removal of the render; and - Details of how the photographic record will be submitted to the Worcester City Historic City Environment Record. The works shall thereafter be carried out in full accordance with the approved details and the photographic record shall be submitted prior to completion of the render repairs. Reason: To ensure that the historic fabric of the listed building is preserved and that an appropriate record is made of previously concealed historic fabric, in accordance with Policies SWDPR 09 AND SWDPR 33. |
| The repair and patching of the cement render on the west elevation shall be carried out to match the existing in respect of colour, texture, finish and detailing. The works shall include the replication of the existing incised blockwork lines within the rendered surface. All repairs shall be completed using materials and workmanship to match the existing retained render unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the character, appearance and significance of the listed building in accordance with Policies SWDPR 09 AND SWDPR 33. |
| (A) No development shall take place until a programme of archaeological work, including a Written Scheme of Investigation, has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing. The scheme shall include an assessment of significance and research questions; and: 1) The programme and methodology of site investigation and recording. 2) The programme for post investigation assessment. 3) Provision to be made for analysis of the site investigation and recording. 4) Provision to be made for publication and dissemination of the analysis and records of the site investigation. 5) Provision to be made for archive deposition of the analysis and records of the site investigation. 6) Nomination of a competent person or persons/organisation to undertake the works set out within the Written Scheme of Investigation. (B) The development shall not be occupied until the site investigation and post investigation assessment has been completed in accordance with the programme set out in the Written Scheme of Investigation approved under condition (A) and the provision made for analysis, publication and dissemination of results and archive deposition has been secured. Reason: In accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 207 and 218 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2024 and SWDPR 09 & 33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
