Condition Details / Information Notes
No person or group of persons shall occupy the holiday accommodation hereby permitted for more than 42 consecutive days at a time, with a minimum 14 day break in between further occupation. No same person or group of persons shall occupy the accommodation for more than 156 days in any one calendar year. The owners/operators of the site shall maintain an up-to-date register of the names of all occupiers of the accommodation, their duration/dates of stay, and of their main home address (i.e. place of residence) and shall make this information available at all reasonable times to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the development remains for holiday use only and does not give rise to permanent residential occupation, and to enable effective monitoring and enforcement of this condition in accordance with Policies SWDPR 38 and SWDPR 46 and the National Planning Policy Framework.
The applicant is advised that the site remains subject to the Section 106 Agreement completed in connection with planning permission reference P92C0079 (dated 23 July 1993). This agreement continues to apply independently of this permission and must be complied with in full. The terms of the Section 106 Agreement are not altered by this consent.
