| The materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the single storey rear extension hereby permitted shall match those used in the host dwelling unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason - To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDPR28 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
| Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, two swift boxes shall be installed under the eaves facing north or east. Reason: To ensure the development contributes to the conservation and enhancement of biodiversity within the site and the wider area in accordance with policy SWDPR 30 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
