| This 'Notice of Consent' shall be extant for a period of 2 years from the date of this Notice. Should the works approved under this consent not be undertaken within this period, then a further Tree Preservation Order application would be required. Reason: To conform with the requirements of The Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012. |
| Within next available planting season following the removal of the trees hereby approved, eight replacement trees of Liquidambar styraciflua ‘Slender Silhouette’, each of a minimum specification of 30 litre container-grown stock and 3–4 metres in height at the time of planting, shall be planted in positions corresponding to those of the Horse Chestnut trees being removed, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Any replacement tree which, within a period of five years from the date of planting, dies, is removed, uprooted, destroyed, or becomes seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced with another tree of the same species and size, planted in the same position, in the next available planting season, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To maintain the visual and environmental quality of the site and surrounding area in accordance with policy SWDPR 34 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review and aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| Consent is hereby granted for the works to the tree(s) subject to the limitations specified in the schedule attached hereto. All works shall be carried out in accordance with the schedule and in compliance with British Standard BS 3998:2010 "Recommendations for Tree Work". Reason:- To maintain the visual and environmental quality of the site and surrounding area in accordance with policy SWDPR 34 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review and aims and objectives of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
