| The works to which this Listed Building Consent relates must be commenced before the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this consent. Reason: To conform with the requirements of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |
| The development hereby permitted shall be carried out and completed in accordance with the following approved plans and associated documents and the specifications and recommendations contained therein, except where otherwise stipulated by conditions attached to this permission Location Plan 1000a Existing and Proposed Site Plan 1300a Proposed Gates Plan & Elevations 1301a Car Charging Point 0001A Proposed Plans and Elevations 3001A Reason: To ensure compliance with the approved scheme and policies SWDPR 9,28,33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review. |
| Prior to their first use on site details and samples of the materials to be used in the construction of the proposed brick piers, gates, railings, door and landscaping hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. The details to be submitted shall include: a) details of the type, colour, texture, finish of the proposed brickwork. b) sample of the proposed brickwork. c) external joinery details along with details of the proposed external door opening. d) details of external doors including information on finish. e) details of the type, colour, texture, finish of any proposed paving. f) details of the type, colour, texture of the proposed mortar. g) details of proposed railing and gate. The development shall be carried out using the materials as approved, unless otherwise first submitted to and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason - To ensure that the new materials are in keeping with the surroundings and represent quality design in accordance with policy SWDPR 09, SWDPR 28 and SWDPR 33 of the South Worcestershire Development Plan Review and the National Planning Policy Framework. |
